What the Job Is…

Branch & Bramble is searching for a motivated and proactive Strategic Account Manager to join our remote team.

Strategic Account Managers are accountable for all aspects of the client relationship. This role encompasses the health and growth of the client relationship, quality of the work product, and team motivation. As both a leader and mentor, the Strategic Account Manager is able to navigate complex organizations, read between the lines, and anticipate challenges.

You will be responsible for providing both strategic and tactical leadership across large scale engagements. You will be able to identify a client’s business needs in order to build solutions that generate measurable results.

What You’ll Be Doing…

  • Responsible for the organic growth and development of client relationships.

  • Consistently identify client needs and develop solutions that are linked to client goals.

  • Develop overall engagement and growth strategies, working with discipline leads and project teams to execute on plans.

  • Build and maintain relationships with client executives pre-, during, and post-project.

  • Report on, analyze, and effectively communicate program metrics and performance.

  • Participate in strategic development of new business through identification, pursuit and conversion of new opportunities.

  • Work in partnership with the executive team to effectively manage scope and ensure work is delivered on budget.

  • Manage and supervise team coordinators. 

  • Contribute to internal communications and PR through project spotlights and case studies.

  • Collaborate with internal team members to share learnings for the benefit of all client accounts.

 
  • 3-5 years agency experience in a client-facing role.

  • Experience managing teams.

  • Ability to manage and set client expectations through the understanding of the client’s business.

  • Deep understanding and awareness of consumer goals and business goals and the ability to align the two. 

  • Proven ability to report on, analyze, and effectively communicate program metrics and performance.

  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to conceive, prepare, author and give key presentations to clients and large numbers of people, as well as manage question-and-answer sessions.

  • A passion for exploring and understanding digital trends and a strong sense of aesthetics.

  • Exemplary communication skills to coordinate with team members on multiple day-to-day priorities.

  • Native experience with social technologies.

  • Impeccable attention to detail.

  • Highly motivated and responsive.
